DC short circuit and operation performance test system platform
This platform is independently developed and manufactured by T-Breaker, using super capacitor cabinet to provide DC power supply, combined with independently developed DC protection switch cabinet as a companion test in electrical life test, circuit cut-off and protection cut-off in abnormal test, which can provide voltage DC2500V and maximum current 30kA load conditions.

Customer Cases
Customer: A well-known multinational automobile brand
Requirement: The customer proposed the fuse impact current test waveform (see the upper right picture), which is collected based on the actual operation of the vehicle, and required that the products provided by each fuse supplier be able to withstand the impact current test. Each fuse supplier has found many testing institutions and programmable power supply suppliers, but none of them can reproduce the current waveform well.
Solution process: T-Breaker received the test requirement, conducted in-depth research, and adopted an electronic load solution to perfectly reproduce the test current (see the lower right picture), solving the customer's test needs. Subsequently, many similar test requirements came one after another, the test data continued to increase, the interval time continued to shorten, and the difficulty continued to increase. T-Breaker solved the problems one by one and received high praise from customers. At present, not only many domestic companies have chosen T-Breaker, but also many companies in Japan, South Korea, Austria, Finland and other countries have chosen to carry out various product testing businesses in T-Breaker.
Customer: A company ranked high in the domestic relay industry, an important part of the new energy vehicle industry chain, and a supporting supplier for most car companies.
Requirement: The customer's product test parameters require the test loop inductance to be lower than 12uH. After consulting with many testing agencies, only one German testing agency was found to meet the test requirements. However, going to Germany for testing has a long cycle and high cost, and it is difficult for R&D personnel to observe the test process on site. Therefore, the customer has been conducting tests under the existing domestic conditions for a long time, and it is impossible to verify the product in the actual use environment.
Solution process: The minimum inductance of the T-Breaker test system can reach less than 10uH, which meets the customer's testing needs. After reaching a cooperation with T-Breaker, the customer not only improved the R&D progress, but also greatly reduced the R&D costs.
