Recently, Hangzhou T-Breaker Electric independently developed and launched a DC solid-state switch module. This solid-state switch is used in the test system of new energy DC protection devices. It plays a key role in the electrical life, limit breaking, short-circuit resistance and other tests of relays and other switches. At the same time, it meets the test requirements of the electrical life of DC relays of new energy electric vehicles for more than one million times.
It is understood that the solid-state switch module launched by T-Breaker this time is composed of power electronic devices and protection devices. It realizes the connection and disconnection of the circuit through optical fiber signal drive, and has short-circuit protection capability. It has the characteristics of fast response, high stability, long service life, strong anti-interference ability and strong safety. It can be used in multiple channels with the optical drive module. The operating voltage range of a single module is 10~1500 VDC, and the maximum switching current is 2.4kA. After multiple channels are combined, the maximum switching current is as high as 20kA or more.
