T-Breaker 2022 Year-end Conference/Breakthrough and Innovation

On January 15, T-Breaker's 2022 Annual General Staff Meeting and 2023 Strategic Goal Planning Conference were held in Hangzhou.
With the proposal of the "dual carbon" goal, the development of new energy has entered a new era. In 2022, my country's new energy industry will continue to maintain rapid development and make breakthroughs at all levels. Driven by the good momentum of industry development, T-Breaker insists on putting innovation and research and development first, taking "stability" as the main axis of development, and continuously promoting the standardization of company management and improving quality services.
At the meeting, Jiang Zhuangxian, chairman of T-Breaker, delivered a speech, and Lin Xiaochun, general manager, made a year-end summary for 2022 and put forward strategic goals for 2023. In 2022, T-Breaker Electric and T-Breaker Testing successfully passed the qualification certification of the (CMA) inspection and testing agency, were selected into the list of national-level science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises, and were selected into the top 500 high-tech enterprises in Zhejiang Province in 2022. T-Breaker's staff size and site size have increased by about one-fold.
Looking forward to 2023, how to break the deadlock and establish new things, and go forward steadily, T-Breaker will fully meet the challenges with new measures.In 2023, T-Breaker will be market-oriented, carry out various marketing work in an all-round way, and deepen the communication and trust with customers; in terms of talent recruitment and training, it will continue to increase the recruitment of personnel, strengthen job performance, improve project management level, and carry out industry-university-research cooperation with more well-known universities; in 2023, T-Breaker will set up a research and development center to carry out technical research and development work, and apply for an enterprise technology center to maintain its technological advantages; T-Breaker will carry out performance appraisal and incentive plans for all employees, and each department will sign at each level to ensure the efficiency and quality of project execution.

2022 is a year for T-Breaker to lay a solid foundation, and also a year of precipitation and accumulation. This year, all T-Breaker staff worked together to face challenges and achieved certain results. In 2023, T-Breaker looks forward to an explosion after precipitation, rapid progress, and breaking new ground!
