The T-Breaker-XD Hangzhou Research Institute Joint Innovation Center was unveiled!

Spring brings flowers and autumn brings fruits! On the afternoon of November 8, the "Joint Innovation Center for Advanced Protection Technology of New Power Systems" jointly built by Hangzhou T-Breaker Electric Co., Ltd. and Xidian Hangzhou Research Institute was officially unveiled in the Robot Town.

Yu Wanchang, member of the Party Working Committee and deputy director of the Management Committee of Xiaoshan Economic and Technological Development Zone, Wu Jinlu, secretary of the Party Leadership Group and director of the Xiaoshan District Science and Technology Bureau, Yu Aihua, secretary of the Party Committee of Xiaoshan Robot Town, Deng Jun, secretary of the Party Committee of Xidian Hangzhou Research Institute, Han Guang, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Xidian Hangzhou Research Institute, Wang Xinghua, deputy director of Xidian Hangzhou Research Institute, Bao Hong, director of the Intelligent Robot Laboratory of Xidian Hangzhou Research Institute, Jiang Zhuangxian, chairman of T-Breaker, Lin Xiaochun, general manager, and Wei Dong, deputy general manager, attended the event.

At the meeting, Yu Wanchang, Deng Jun and Jiang Zhuangxian jointly unveiled the Joint Innovation Center. The appointment letter of the center director was also issued, and the co-construction agreement and the first project of the Joint Innovation Center were signed.

The T-Breaker-XD Hangzhou Research Institute Joint Innovation Center plans to invest tens of millions of yuan in cooperation funds over three years to attract talent and tackle key core technologies. Earlier, the two parties had signed two important cooperation agreements, aiming to explore in depth the mechanical, detection and control aspects of new power system protection technologies, and to jointly train master's students in related fields. The two parties have achieved fruitful results in cooperation and have jointly completed the research and development of fiber optic temperature sensors for electric vehicle fuses, achieving accurate measurement of fuse resistance to high temperatures, and thus improving the safety of electric vehicle batteries. Based on this successful cooperation, the two parties have a greater vision to establish a new "Joint Innovation Center for Advanced Protection Technologies for New Power Systems" and increase investment in scientific research and product development, hoping to build it into an outstanding demonstration base for the integration of industry and education.

After the signing ceremony, the leaders and experts present visited the laboratory to gain an in-depth understanding of T-Breaker’s latest R&D achievements and technological progress, and put forward valuable guidance and suggestions for the company’s future development.
