Company News | T-Breaker attended the 2024 Annual Standardization Conference and Low Voltage Electrical Equipment Technology Conference Series of Activities
From December 17 to 18, 2024, the 2024 Annual Standardization Conference and the China Low Voltage Electrical Equipment Technology Annual Conference series of activities were held in Hangzhou. The conference was hosted by seven major standardization committees including Shanghai Electric Science Research Institute, Zhejiang Chint and the National Low Voltage Electrical Equipment Standardization Technical Committee. Nearly 400 representatives from more than 200 companies attended the conference. The conference focused on key topics such as technological innovation, international standard docking and the latest achievements in industry technology, helping companies to comprehensively enhance their competitiveness and lay a solid foundation for the development of China's low-voltage electrical appliances. T-Breaker attended the event as a member of the standardization committee, and T-Breaker Chairman Jiang Zhuangxian was invited to give a special technical report at the meeting.
The meeting was chaired by Li Li, deputy director of the National Low Voltage Electrical Appliance Standardization Committee. Zhang Liang, director of the Standard and Technical Evaluation Department of the China Electrical Equipment Industry Association, attended the meeting. Wu Yehua, chairman and president of Shanghai Electric Science Research Institute (Group) Co., Ltd., addressed the conference on behalf of the Shanghai Electric Science Research Institute, the unit responsible for the secretariat. He Sheng, president of Chint Low Voltage Intelligent Electrical Appliance Research Institute, addressed the conference on behalf of the annual conference organizer. Huang Jingye, chairman of the National Fuse Standardization Committee and the National Low Voltage Equipment Insulation Coordination Standardization Committee, reported to the conference on the work report of the Standardization Committee in 2024 on behalf of the secretariat. Yi Ying, secretary-general of the National Fuse Standardization Committee, reported on the latest developments of the low-voltage electrical appliance IEC in 2024 and shared the latest international technology trends and the current status of standard development. Zheng Jiexin, deputy secretary-general of the Energy Industry Low Voltage DC Equipment and System Standardization Committee, reported to the participating members and representatives on the status of the standard formulation and revision projects in the field of low-voltage electrical appliances in 2025.
In 2024, Hangzhou T-Breaker Electric Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries Hangzhou T-Breaker Testing Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen T-Breaker Testing Technology Co., Ltd. participated in the revision of three national standards. Over the past year, T-Breaker has actively participated in the revision of standards, contributed to standardization, and guided the development of the industry.
At the 6th International Forum on the Application of Fuse Technology Standards, Jiang Zhuangxian, Chairman of T-Breaker, was invited to give a special technical report on "New Testing Technologies and Applications of DC Fuses". The new testing methods based on supercapacitor pulse power technology and multi-module series-parallel large-capacity solid-state switch technology proposed in the report attracted the attention of the guests.
T-Breaker has been deeply involved in the field of high-voltage DC for many years. As a leading company in domestic new energy high-voltage DC detection technology, T-Breaker has continuously cooperated with advanced scientific research forces to promote industry-university-research cooperation and achievement transformation. It has not only established a stable and continuous cooperative relationship with the domestic new energy industry chain, but also continues to receive demand orders from overseas new energy industry customers such as Japan, South Korea, Europe and the United States. The Standardization Committee organized members and representatives to review the standard systems of various standardization committees submitted to the meeting, the draft standards, and the national and industry standards project plans to be launched in 2025. The review meeting was held in a warm atmosphere, and the representatives at the meeting spoke actively. The meeting formed a review opinion on the draft standards, which was unanimously approved by the members and representatives of the Standardization Committee, making full preparations for the standards to enter the approval stage.
The two-day China Low Voltage Electrical Equipment Technology Annual Conference series of activities came to a successful conclusion. This event promoted the construction of the standardization system, and discussed the development of new technologies for low voltage electrical products and new testing technologies while formulating and revising standards. T-Breaker will continue to actively participate in standard revisions and contribute to industry standardization.
